How do I associate my hotspot with my BM account?

I'm running a hotspot connected to Brandmeister, and I created a Brandmesiter account. I see my hotspot when I click on the Hotspots link on the left and filter for it. But it never shows up under "My Hotspots". I read that BM will associate the hotspot with my account automatically from my call sign or DMR ID, but this is not happening. I need to manage my hotspot, because the default behavior seems to be to maintain a static TalkGroup for the last TG I keyed up on.

My DMR ID is specified in my BM Profile settings, the same DMR ID set in my hotspot. and BM lists the callsign for the hotspot as K4XML, my call sign. I see no "call sign" setting for the profile, but my username is K4XML, and I assume that's how my account is associated with my call sign.

I posted separately about the fact that when I click the link for SelfCare, the site reports a status 500 server error. This has been happening for three days, so it's apparently not a transient condition. I suspect something is just broken in my account, as I've searched and found no one else experiencing this. So I hope an admin can take a look for me. I was trying to use SelfCare to set properties of my hotspot. But from what I've read, the hotspot should already show up under "My Hotspots". So I apparently have two distinct issues, even though they may have a common cause.

In my hotspot config (mmdvm), I use my dmr id with 2 extra numbers like this :

My dmr id is 2067023 and I use 206702301 for my hotspot.

Maybe this help you ?

Thanks for the suggestion. I was planning to do that anyway to distinguish hotspots run with different software. Unfortunately, it didn't help. I think the problem is that my selfcare account at is screwed up, but so far I've got no response from the admins.
