Changed calls and MARC ID. Brandmeister weirdness

Hello,

I recently changed calls from N6LY to NM7C. My DMR-MARC ID is: 3141194 I already contacted DMR-MARC and they updated my ID with my new call.

I didn't see a way to change my call on the Brandmeister site, so I created a new account, with a new login for NM7C.

Now, when I look at my activity, I can tell this was not the correct way.

In looking at my activity online, I see my Openspot associated with my new call. But my call activity looks odd.
My Call: US NM7C [Bryan R] (3141194)
Source: US N6LY (3141194)

I'm hoping someone will be able to help me sort my issues out. Please :-)

73,

Bryan Lynch N7MC Oregon City, OR USA

It's still been a while since sending some emails. Is there anyone around with a suggestion?

I'm guessing you changed the call in the OpenSpot itself, correct?

Might be something you have to contact them about, or that might eventually update with use.

I did make sure to change it in the openspot. I have emailed a few support people. The consensus is that my old account just probably needs to be deleted at this point. Waiting for one of them to come back from vacation.

It seems like some variant of this question pops up frequently here. I hope there's a future solution that won't take up the valuable time of our community leaders to change something like a call sign or delete an account.
