On ON0HSB (Gembloux repeater) I put the TG 206701 (the DMR_ID of the repeater) static on the slot2. Doing this people wanting to call Gembloux area can use this TG in a way similar the french rooms where used or 'Lille' guys are using the TG 20859.

Could you please label/tag the TG 206701 to 'Zone Gembloux' in ? That way it will be a bit more meaningfull on the lastheard dashboard.

Thanks in advance...

Hugues - ON8HH Sysop ON0HSB - Gembloux DMR Repeater.

You know that you are keeping foreigners and travelers out by using "uncommon" TGs that people first need to know and program into radios before being able to join in? I personally like it simple, using the common TGs like 8 and 9. I travel a lot and hate getting busy without audio :) Ralph.

Hello Hugues!

BM devs had a discussion about naming the Talkgroups that are numbered after their own DMR ID. In order to make it easier for everyone to understand what is being achieved, we wanted to make sure that the naming stays consistent for each TalkGroup number being a repeaterDMR ID.

Can we name this talkgroup number 206701 "Repeater Gembloux". And from there on, any talkgroup naming that BM is asked to update, for a Talkgroup that reflects a repeater DMR ID, we'll always tag "Repeater ___".

And because the repeater is dedicated to a particular area, I would actually also suggest that we add the Grid Square locator. So the name would be "Repeater Gembloux JO20in"

Would this work for you ?

It was OK for me but there is an error in place of "Repeater Gembloux JO20in" the label is "Repeater Gembloux JO20in4" There's an unwanted 4 at the end...
