Hi I am a registered user interested in setting up APRS - the problem is that after I log in and navigate to the SelfCare page under Services...the SelfCare page ( is blank. Nothing is displayed except "SelfCare" in the upper left hand corner of the frame. Do I need additional access? Any suggestions appreciated. Thank you / Mike

Hello Folks,

This is very unsual, and usually related to plugins/addons to the browsers or internet-security software running on the computer.

If you would like us to assist, please let us know; * try to login to the selfcare using an "in private" or "incognito" tab in your browser, and see if it helps. * are there any plugins or addons installed on the web browser, and did you trying loading the selfcare with all of them disabled ? * can you resolve the IP address "" and let us know what it is (if you are using windows you can open a MSDOS prompt and type: nslookup ; then paste the answer here) * what is the URL in the browser when the white page displays ? can you also see the "source" ? (often the shortcut for it is Ctrl-U)

I have the same problem. The SelfCare page is empty and I get an Error 404 page in the Profile page.

My operating system is Windows 10, browser Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and IE. Same behavior on the iPhone with OS 10.3.2 browser Dolphin and Safari. No difference in the computer at home or in the office ...
