The masters in the USA all are resetting (rebooting?) quite often. Why? They didn't do this in the past. It started two or three weeks ago. Sometimes 3102 will reset, then almost immediately reset again. Something is wrong, but what? It's not just me seeing this. Several of my friends are also seeing it.

When changes to the configuration are happening, the masters need to get a quick restart. This does not take more than 10 seconds. Of course, this is not that nice for users who are having a QSO at that moment, but in a country like the USA, it is impossible to wait for a "silent time" on the network when nobody is talking over that master.

The last few weeks, they've been experimenting with clusters and testing out some other items that cause some restarts to occur. I'm sure they are doing as less restarts as possible :-)
