BM Selfcare Login Problem [closed]

Hi, I have a problem with the BM Self-care.

I try to log in here: <body>link awaiting moderation</body>

This gives: *Login failed due to an incorrect username and/or password!

I then try resetting the password, this gives the password reset page where I type my callsign and the email address I use, I have tried TWO different emails with no difference. I then click on the Send Reset Email button.

This gives: A new token has been sent by email!

I then check ALL of my email accounts and NOTHING has been received!

This has been going on for nearly ten months now, please help me!
