When changing or checking the state of the repeater by making a prite call to 4000 or 5000 ID the response that i get back is too loud. It is clear that this recorded/message has overdriven audio. Is there any way to fix it? At which level it would have to be done? Where is it stored?

I am using hytera PD785, the repeater is SR5WB if i am not mistaken its DMR ID is 260501. For me this is extremely loud, i made sure i have the auto volume related options disabled but it should be easy to confirm for others. I heard it loud also on some GD-77. It is much louder than speech from another radio or echo from my radio when i try to speak very loud and overdrive it (with AGC disabled).

Great. Now try this: set your personal SelfCare language to English. And using your personal DMR ID query and disconnect the reflector on the same repeater. You should hear the prompts in english. Let us know how the volume is on these ones. Thanks!

Hello Mateusz, The audio files played for reflector state are located on the master server where the repeater is located. Can you please confirm the repeater ID where the audio is too loud, and the language in which the recordings are playing? Also what radio are you using, and have you tried with different radios to make sure it is not related to your hardware or hardware settings ? Thanks.
