Is something wrong with the Parrots?

The last couple of weeks I haven't been able to access either Parrot ... 310997 and 9990, both as private calls. They use to work through my SharkRF but now I just get a "no" tone when I key up. Has something changed in the configuration of these? 73, Steve W7RD

EDIT: I don't know why they won't publish the thread on the SharkRF forum, but I did discover this: The parrot only malfunctions when using my TYT MD-380. I will say a few words, then wait, and it will give me a few seconds of a no-audio transmission. BUT, I just got an MD-2017, and for some reason it works perfectly well with that radio. The complete echo is read back to me. So, radio malfunction, protocol difference, who knows??
