Brett you could also connect a hotspot to a TG you create, then use a Hytera mobile that is connected to your Allstar URI. (The Hytera has a 26 pin analog port on the back) TG to hotspot Hotspot to mobile radio Mobile radio to allstar node

It's not as elegant as some server solution, but should work fine.

Yes, there are actually existing links that do this. In addition, if you run your AllStar node, you can connect the radio/repeater controller interface to DMR radios that are already connected to specific talk groups. However, it is always preferred to use an existing solution, instead of creating a new one, which may lead to loopbacks and disrupt service on both networks.

"Yes, there are actually existing links that do this." Where? I'd like to learn more about this. I don't know if "existing links to do this" means links with information on how or does it mean some sort of link to actually connect. Thanks.
